A new episode of Heart of Metal our feature dedicated to the art and practice of framebuilding is online now!

This week Columbus had a chat with Thibault Linossier (aka Tebow), Danny Heeley and Sean Talkington from Beach Club to discover more about the San Marino Beach Club’s Discless Road and its "civilized" geo.

When did you start using Columbus tubing? And why?
"Beach Club & Columbus! Two storied brands whose innovation, rich history and commitment to excellence changed the world of bicycles. Clearly a few of the greatest to ever do it…"

Humbly hi-tech RIDER SUBMISSION Riccardo sent us t Humbly hi-tech RIDER SUBMISSION
Riccardo sent us these pictures of a recent bikepacking trip in the Alps above Lake Como where he rode a second-hand titanium frame equipped with a new Columbus carbon fiber Futura Cross + fork.

“I bought the fork for its tyre clearance and the possibility to adjust the rake. I love it! Super stiff and the lateral rivets are super secure, I’ve loaded it to the suggested weight limit without any problems”

Thanks Riccardo and if you want send us a photo of your bike built up with a Columbus carbon fiber fork as well as a few words about why you bought it and what you appreciate it we’d be happy to tell your bike story! Email us at info@columbus1919.com

Check out this unique paintjob on a Donohue's DSS4 model, built with our advanced Spirit steel tubing and the Columbus Futura fork.

"The customer wanted the Marlboro McLaren theme for his paint, we took several references from that. One being the 'Powered by Honda' graphic, found on the F1 cars and flipped it round so the frame has become ‘Powered by Columbus’!”
