Structural damage from a crash or impact while riding? For 5 years, registered owners get 50% off the replacement wheel or part, plus a flat €69 service fee that covers courier pick-up, factory repair and return delivery. One incident per product.

Wheels bought directly from us are enrolled automatically at checkout. There is nothing to register.
On the inside face of each rim, between two spoke nipples, there is a silver label with a QR code and a code beginning WH. That code is the serial number. The front and rear wheel each have their own, so note both before you start.
Take a photo of your receipt or invoice and attach it in the form — one file, up to 20 MB. The shop name, the date and the wheelset name need to be legible.
